Can you cancel my order?
Short answer: We’ll try! Long answer: as long as your order hasn’t been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we should be able to cancel it. Please contact us to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

 

When will my order ship?
Your items are custom made to order after you place your order. Please allow 7-8 business days for production, quality control and packaging. Then allow a few more business days for shipping. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

Speed and price depends on product type and destination. Shipping time can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 business days for international orders) depending on the courier and your location.

Once your order has been placed it cannot be changed. I *may* be able to expedite shipping on some orders, but you need to contact me first so that I can make sure expedited shipping is possible. It is not possible in all circumstances.

 

What if the product is damaged in the mail?
I ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to nameonshirt@gmail.com, then I'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Care instructions and vinegar-like smell
In order for you to prolong the life of the print, I suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

The DTG printing process can sometimes leave a vinegar-like odor on the printed item. Not to worry! The smell should go away on it's own, but if it persists you can flip the shirt inside out and wash it on cold, dry on low. Or you can rinse the garment in cold water and hang it to dry! Either should get rid of any residual odor.

 

My package did not arrive. What do I do now?

I may ask for your help confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Please use the tracking number provided to you when your order shipped. Once your items are out of our hands there's not really anything we can do aside from tracking it.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but think you haven't received it, I won't take responsibility and reship that order.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact our store via Etsy no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.



What if the recipient's address was wrong?
If the recipient's address was wrong, then you are held responsible. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original. I would suggest making sure all the information you have entered for the order is correct to avoid any problem.

The customer is responsible for any added shipping costs if the customer has entered the wrong address, or needs a change of address after the package has been shipped.

The package will be returned to our printing facility and will need to be shipped out again.

If the shipping address is an error by us, we will cover the cost of shipping.



Why are there smudges and white streaks on all over prints?
Though I do our best to do the best to print high-quality garments. Expect to have smudges, blurs, and creasing near edges, seams, and collars of the garment. When printing flat artwork onto a constructed garment, some imperfections will occur, particularly under the arm. I would like to ask for your understanding in advance.



What if I change my mind or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered?
Due to how we print our items, with them being made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if your item is damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way you are eligible for a refund and must return the item. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. A refund will not be issued until the product is returned to us and examined. If the item was damaged by the customer, a refund is not applicable. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Cases, where you would like to return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.



Sizing details
Sizing measurements should be on each listing. If you need clarification on sizing, grab your favorite shirt and contact me so we can measure together. Please be sure of sizing when you place your order as I am not able to change the size once the order is placed. We are not responsible for wrong sizes that are ordered.



Custom and personalized orders
Please contact me for a quote on custom orders. In most cases it won't cost any more than a regular order.



Help! Something on my order is misspelled! What do I do?
Please contact us should anything be incorrect on your order. If we made any sort of mistake we will correct it immediately by sending the corrected product to you. Please be sure that you double check name spellings before checking out, if the name or anything else is incorrect in the instructions no replacement will be sent.
